We offer two unique ramen experiences:

  • Our 2-hour ramen party focuses on making fresh noodles from scratch in a lively, social setting.

  • Our 4-hour advanced workshop is a deep dive into ramen-making, where you'll prepare broth, marinated eggs, chashu pork, tare seasoning, and noodles for a fully customized bowl.

For those ready to elevate their skills, our Advanced Ramen Workshop offers a deeper dive into the complexities of ramen making. You'll master the art of crafting a rich, flavorful Tonkotsu (or vegan) broth from scratch, learn to create shoyu and spicy seasonings, and toppings like tender Chashu and luscious soft-boiled eggs. Plus, you'll gain expertise in making your own handmade noodles. This comprehensive class is designed for a truly authentic and in-depth Japanese cooking experience in San Francisco.

Where are you located?

Our ramen workshop is conveniently located in San Francisco’s vibrant Lower Mission District, just a block from the 24th Street BART Station at 3231 24th St, San Francisco, CA 94110. Easily accessible via US-101, making it perfect for both locals and visitors.

Is parking available?

While we don’t have onsite parking, metered street parking is available nearby. Parking fees are enforced Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. We recommend using public transit or rideshare services for a hassle-free experience.

What broth options are available?

We offer two delicious broth options: rich Shoyu Pork Tonkotsu and flavorful Miso Vegan. You can choose your preferred broth when booking and adjust the spice level to your liking.

📢 Important: Vegan broth must be pre-ordered in advance. For same-day walk-ins requesting vegan broth, a $15 fee applies.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 7 days before the event date. Refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Need to adjust or reschedule? Contact us early to secure your preferred date.

Are kids allowed to participate?

Yes! Our ramen-making workshops are perfect for kids 5 years and older, and we love hosting kids’ birthday parties.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not permit children under 3 years old to enter our cooking facility. If your group includes kids aged 3 to 8, please contact us before booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

📍 Note: We do not offer discounted pricing for kids.

What’s included in the 2-hour Ramen Making Party

  • Kick things off with a serving of pork or vegetarian gyoza potstickers.

  • Learn how to make fresh ramen noodles from scratch and cook your own bowl of ramen in our kitchen.

  • End on a sweet note with mochi ice cream for dessert.


🍜 Timing Tip: You’ll be enjoying your freshly made ramen approximately 80-90 minutes after the event starts.

What’s the minimum group size for a private event?

  • Private events require a minimum of 8 guests. If your group is smaller, you can still book a private session by covering the cost of 8 seats.

Can I bring my own food or drinks to the workshop?

Outside food and drinks, including alcohol and coffee, are not permitted in our cooking classes.

🍶 Drinks Available: We offer a curated selection of Japanese beers, wines, and sakes for purchase. For private events, ask us about our sake and tea tasting options.
