Ingredients

Ingredients in making no bake matcha cheesecake


  • 16 ounces (450g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • Optional: whipped cream and extra matcha powder for garnish


Instructions


  1. Prepare the Gelatin Mixture:

  • In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes until it becomes soft and spongy.

  1. Mix the Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  • Add the heavy cream, granulated sugar, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until everything is well combined and smooth.

  1. Melt the Gelatin:

  • Microwave the gelatin mixture for about 20-30 seconds until it's fully dissolved. Be careful not to boil it.
