Is a deposit required to secure a booking for your private classes?

After you check the date/time availability for our private classes, you can have your time slot hold for up to 24 to 72 hours (see this for details). Deposit must be received before your on hold expired to secure the reservation.


Deposit is based on the 8 guests plus the private booking fee, which includes blocking the facility for your entire group (and no other guests are present), gratuity and cleaning fee.

Please note:


  • We do not accept invoices or Net 30 terms payment.

  • All bookings must be paid via credit card upfront.


Once the deposit is based, you can cancel the event under the following conditions:

If you book the event 7 days ahead of time:

7 days before your event date/time with a 3% processing fee for the entire deposit that you paid

if you book the event less than 7 days

24 hours after you submitted payment with a 3% processing fee for the entire deposit that you paid
