I need to cancel the class.
We understand that circumstances may require you to modify or cancel your booking, and we aim to provide a clear and convenient process for such requests. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Eligible Period for Refunds, Credits, or Reschedule Requests
If you book your class 7 days in advance:
Request made > 7 days before your event date/time | ✔️ Reschedule to a different date/time ✔️ Reduce head count of your original party size (3% processing fee) ✔️ Cancel the entire booking (3% processing fee based the entire amount that you paid, including deposit and all optional purchases if applicable) ✔️ Redeposit as gift certificate ✔️ Transfer to other guests/parties |
Request made < 7 days before your event date/time | ❌ Reschedule to a different date/time (not allowed) ✔️ Reschedule to a different time on the same day (if our schedule can accommodate) ❌ Reduce head count of your original party size (not allowed) ❌ Cancel the entire booking (not allowed) ❌ Redeposit as gift certificate (not allowed) ✔️ Transfer to other guests/parties |
If you book your class <7 days, requests to change can be made only 24 hours after the date/time that you submitted the payment for the booking.
Cancellation Process
Cancellation MUST be requested via the followings:
✔️ Click the link in your confirmation email under Terms and Conditions section (if you are eligible to cancel for a refund):
✔️ If you're ineligible for cancel or reschedule, you can email us at help@ramenpartysf.com. Any such request MUST include any evidence/support document as attachment.
❌ No phone request for cancel or reschedule
❌ No voice mail request for cancel or reschedule
❌ No SMS/text request for cancel or reschedule
Other Information
If you are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule, you have the option to transfer your booking/seats to other groups or individuals.
Refunds to your credit card may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process.
If you are eligible for a cancellation refund, you will be required to pay a 3% processing fee. However, there is no 3% fee if you opt to have a gift certificate reissued as credit for future use.
If you have paid your booking via a gift certificate and you are eligible for cancelation, we will re-deposit the gift certificate amount for future reschedule redemption.
