How to redeem a San Francisco ramen cooking class gift card?
Your guests can redeem their gift card on our website via this link: www.ramenpartysf.com/san-francisco. When they select their desired date and go through the booking process, they will be able to enter their gift certificate at the checkout/payment page. The cooking class gift cards can be booked for either the 2-hour Ramen Making Party or 4-hour Advanced Ramen Workshop. If the value of the gift card is not enough to cover the cost, your gift card recipient can pay the remaining balance at the time of booking.
How do you send the gift card?
We send the digital gift card via email or physcial card via USPS. For email, the gift card will be sent to your gift recipient immediately or you can schedule a later date to be sent. For USPS, we usually send out the card within 24 hours after your order from our San Francisco office.
Can my gift recipient choose their cooking class date?
Yes. Your guests will be able to book any open dates on our calendar with their cooking class gift card. In the event that your guests have a specific date in mind that we do not it on our calendar, they can reach out to us, and we will try to accommodate.
How do I specify dietary restrictions (such as vegetarian or vegan) for my guests?
You do not need to do so. When your guests book an event, they will be able to specify their dietary restrictions.

For digital card - once you complete your name, valid email address, and your gift recipient's name and valid email address, the button should be clickable. For digital card - once you complete your name, valid email address, phone and a valid delivery address, the button should be clickable.
What's included in the ramen cooking class?
Our 2-hour Ramen Making Party and 4-hour Advanced Ramen Workshop teach participants to craft delicious ramen from scratch, covering broth, noodles, and toppings for the 4 hour class and just noodles for the 2 hour class. All ingredients and equipment are provided for a fun, hands-on experience.
Is this gift card suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our ramen cooking classes are designed for all skill levels, from culinary beginners to seasoned food enthusiasts. No prior cooking experience is necessary.
What happens if the gift card value isn't enough for the class?
If the gift card value doesn't cover the full cost of the desired cooking class, the recipient can easily pay the remaining balance at the time of booking on our website.
Are gift cards refundable or transferable?
Our gift cards are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. They never expire and can be redeemed for any available class on our calendar.
