Learn how to make vegetarian ramen broth, soft boiled eggs, chashu, seasoned soy sauce, spicy ramen seasonings and noodles. Class includes an appetizer of pot stickers and a dessert.

Hands-on Class

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil. Let it simmer for an hour. Strain all solids and save the broth base in a sealed container.

  2. Broth base can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
