A great way to break up our shelter in place routine.
"We loved our virtual sake tasting + ramen class. We live in SF and picked up the ingredients the morning of the class. Everything was well packaged and labeled, at home, all you really need are 2 small/medium pots, one to boil water for the noodles (which are house made) and one for the broth. The class was conducted via zoom, and Manville showed us how the noodles are made, gave us some history and information about ramen, and then we went into the sake tasting. Afterwards, we assembled the ramen and were able to eat! It was a really fun experience and a great way to break up our shelter in place routine."

The whole experience was truly unique.
"We purchased the "Virtual Ramen Making & Sake Tasting Class" as a Mother's Day gift and it was SO great! We picked up all of the ingredients the day before. They were all neatly packaged and organized well. We signed into the class and were joined by another family. The whole experience was truly unique. The only things we needed to "cook" at home were to sear the pork, heat the broth and boil water for noodles (cook time: 90sec.). Loved how organized and interactive the class was. 5 STARS!
