I placed a private event date on temporary hold. How long can you hold it for?

If you've placed a temporary hold on a date for a private event, we'll keep it reserved for the following durations before requiring the initial deposit:

• 1 calendar day: If your event is scheduled within 7 days from the hold request date.

• 2 business days: For events scheduled between 8 and 45 days from the hold request date.

• 3 business days: Events scheduled more than 45 days from the hold request date.

  
  

Important Note: If your event falls more than 7 days from the hold request date and the hold deadline lands on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the hold will automatically extend to the next working day.
