I placed a private event session on hold. Can I change to a different date or time?
We can change your on hold private event to a different date and time subject to availability. To do so, please send us an email at help@ramenpartysf.com.
However, if you have already paid deposit for your private event, you will need to make the change in your manage reservation page. Click https://www.ramenpartysf.com/private-booking-final?o=XXX to access your booking. Click the "CANCEL/RESCHEDULE" button and you will be able to browse and choose a new date/time based on our calendar based on our availability.
