How can I remove guests from my booking?

If you need to remove guests from your booking, you can do so by initiating your request at least 7 days before your event start date.


Process for Removing Guests


1 - Click the link here:

2 - Use the "-" button to reduce the number of guests in your booking.

3 - After clicking the "Confirm" or "Ready to Confirm" button, your partial refund will be processed automatically.


Important Notes:


  • A 3% processing fee will be applied for refunds processed via credit card payments.

  • If you paid using a gift certificate, the refund will be credited back to your gift certificate.

  • If the "-" button is grayed out, it means you have exceeded the cancellation period.
