I need to reschedule my class..

If you need to reschedule your class, please review our rescheduling policy below:


Reschedule Policy


  • Reschedule requests can be made online up to 7 days before your event date, or within 24 hours after booking (or 14 days for online and hybrid events).

  • All of our class tickets are transferrable, so if you are ineligible for rescheduling, you can still transfer your tickets to others.

  • If you are eligible to reschedule, you have the option to reschedule to another session already listed on our calendar.


Important Note


  • We DO NOT accept any reschedule requests over the phone or via text message.


Ready to reschedule? You can do so by clicking the manage booking button in your confirmation email.
