What do I expect for the two hour Ramen Making Party

Our two hour Ramen Making Party, you will learn how to make noodles from scratch and assemble a bowl of ramen!

Upon arrival, we will serve you with gyoza pot stickers as appetizer. Everyone should have two pieces of gyoza pot stickers, but you can order more from our order form. For those guests that are vegetarians or vegans, they will receive vegan gyoza. For everyone else, the gyoza contains both chicken and pork meat.

Then you will learn how to make noodles from scratch and cook the bowl of ramen in our kitchen. Our broth choice is either pork or vegan (vegan broth needs to be ordered in advance; otherwise you will pay $10 on site).

You will be able to garnish the toppings to your ramen at the end. Here are the toppings that we offer:

• Chashu (pork belly) or tofu for vegans or vegetarians

• Wood ear mushroom

• Menma (marinated bamboo shoots)

• Soft boiled eggs

• Scallion

We will finish the event with mochi ice cream as dessert. Expect to have your ramen about 80-90 minute after the event start time. You will have about 30 minutes to enjoy your ramen with your guests.

Please notice that the two hour duration includes the eating part.
