Credit Amount Override

When you paid and signed up for the event, you should receive a confirmation email with a subject "Get ready to make ramen" or a receipt with subject of "Your receipt from the Story of Ramen." Please search through your email box. If you cannot find it, please try your spam filter.

Your reservation is scheduled for April 8, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Please note that our cancellation period ended on April 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM, which was 7 days before your class begins. Unfortunately, you have passed this deadline.

TICKET TRANSFER OPTION

However, your ticket is fully transferrable. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your reservation to someone else. Please ensure all cancellation or rescheduling requests are submitted in writing; we do not accept requests via phone or voicemail.

HEALTH-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations due to health restrictions will be honored with a valid doctor's note. Only guests with health-related complications will be eligible for a refund; refunds will not apply to the entire party.

We're sorry you can't make it to the Ramen Making Class on April 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM. As per our policy, you can make changes up to 7 days before your scheduled start time, which is April 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

Options for Making Changes:

Choose a different date and time for our scheduled class.

Receive a gift certificate for the full booking value ($320.00) to use towards future classes. There's no expiration date on this credit.

If you are not canceling your entire booking but just need to reduce the number of guests under your booking, please click the button below to access your reservation.
