Advanced Ramen Workshop 

Are you interested in hosting a ramen party at your home with friends and family? Or are you interested in having an intimate hands-on ramen making team-building activity with your small team? Our Advanced Ramen Workshop is a four-hour hands-on class where you and your teammates will learn the ins and outs of making ramen. By the end of the course, you will learn everything that you need to re-create a bowl of delicious ramen at your home!

 

Here is what to expect: You will start making the pork bone broth (Tonkotsu) from the bones that we supply. Then we will make our special soft boiled eggs and chashu (braised pork belly). We will then have a short break for you to enjoy our home made pot stickers. We will then continue by teaching your how to make the ramen seasonings (sho-yu tare), spicy seasonings and 100% hand-rolled noodles. At the end you will assemble your own bowl of heavenly ramen together with all the ingredients and toppings provided.

 

In addition to the hands-on practice, we will provide you with our recipes, share secrets and tricks in making ramen, practice how to use some "ramen making gadgets" and provide valuable tips for ingredient shopping.

 

For vegan/vegetarian requests, we will substitute Tonkotsu with vegan broth and miso tare.
