I would like to re-confirm my booking.

If you've successfully booked and paid for an event with us, you should receive a confirmation email along with a receipt.


As long as you've received these emails, there's no need to contact us for reconfirmation. Simply ensure that you arrive on time on the scheduled day of your booking.


However, if you haven't received any of these emails, we recommend taking the following steps:


  1. Check Your Spam Filter: Sometimes our emails may inadvertently end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders to ensure our emails haven't been filtered.


  2. Verify Credit Card Charges: Take a moment to review your credit card statement to see if there's a charge from The Story of Ramen. If you haven't been charged, it's possible that your booking didn't go through, and you may need to re-book.


  3. Contact Us: If you still can't locate the confirmation email or receipt, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by submitting a ticket below. There's a possibility that your order or payment may not have processed correctly, and we'll be more than happy to assist you further.
