When do we need to provide final headcount and dietary requests for our private event?

For your private event, it's essential to provide the final headcount and dietary requests within the specified timeframe. All the food items and table set up are done prior to your arrival; so it is essential for us to know these information in advance:

If you book an event >7 days ahead

Final headcount and dietary requests are due 7 days before the event. We recommend paying deposit based on minumum guests of 8 to secure the time slot.

If you book an event <7 days ahead

Full payment, final headcount and dietary requests are typically due at the time of the booking, though you can make minor headcount adjustment until 72 hours before your event date (see below).

If you have some minor last minute changes beyond 7 days AFTER you book and make the initial payment, here is what we can accommodate:

Add a few more last minute guests 3-7 days before your event

You can do so via the manage booking page here

Add a few more last minute guests 12-72 hours before your event

You can do so via the manage booking page here, though there's a $20 last minute charges

Add/Reduce a few vegetarian, vegan or gluten free guests

You can do so via the manage booking page here up to 12 hours before your event begin.

Change the breakdown between sake and tea tastings (if you selected this option)

You can do so via the manage booking page here up to 12 hours before your event begin.

Your confirmation email contains the payment link and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Simply navigate to the "What is my next steps?" section of the email to complete your payment and provide the necessary information.


As the event organizer, you should also receive a calendar invite with these details for easy reference.


All dietary request must be done via your manage booking link. Please not email or call us for such request.
