I'm allergic to gluten. Do you offer gluten free for your class?

Yes, for guests with are allergic or sensitive to gluten allergies or have celiac disease, we offer gluten-free noodle substitutions at an additional cost of $8 per person. This must be paid in advance through our booking system. Our gluten-free noodles are made from a blend of potato flour and rice flour.

Important Details to Note

Class Content: Please note that we do not offer classes specifically teaching how to make gluten-free noodles. Instead, gluten-free guests will be provided with pre-made gluten-free noodles.

Appetizer Substitution: Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free appetizer substitutions. However, our mochi dessert is gluten-free.

Cooking Process: All gluten-free noodles are cooked separately in a dedicated pot to prevent any cross-contamination with wheat-based products.

Broth and Toppings: Regardless of whether it's our pork bone broth Tonkotsu or vegetarian/vegan options, the broth and toppings can be prepared without gluten and soy sauce products, ensuring they are 100% gluten-free. (NOTE - When you order gluten free substitution for your guests on our web site, you do not need to let us know whether your gluten free guests belong to your Tonkotsu, vegetarian or vegan order)

Booking Gluten-Free Options: To ensure we can accommodate your gluten-free needs, please request this option at the time of booking through our website. This allows us to prepare accordingly and guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Should you need to update, add, or remove gluten-free guests after your initial booking or payment, you can do so by clicking the button here:
. This helps us adjust our preparations accordingly.

All dietary request must be done via your manage booking link. Please not email or call us for such request.

Why is the gluten free guest count does not add up to the number of guests? When you order gluten free substitution for your guest, your gluten free guest can still choose between Tonkotsu or Vegetarian/Vegan broth. Therefore, the number of Tonkotsu and the number Vegetarian/Vegan should add up to the total number of guests. But the number of gluten free guests do not need part of the equation.
