I would like to re-confirm my booking
When you booked and paid an event with us, you should receive a confirmation email and a receipt.
As long as you receive these emails, there is no need to contact us for reconfirmation. You'd just need to show up on time on the day that you booked.
However, if you have not received any of these emails. We suggest you to do the followings:
Check your email spam filter to see if our emails may end up there.
Check with your credit card to see if you were charged by The Story of Ramen. If there's no charge, that means the booking did not go through and you will need to re-book again.
Contact us in case if you still cannot find it via submitting a ticket below. There's a chance that your order or payment may not go through.
