Preparing your own fresh bowl of ramen at home

Keep calm and noodle on! Even though we're sheltering-in-place, you can still enjoy fresh ramen noodles. Our ramen noodles are handmade from scratch daily in our Mission kitchen. Our broth is also made fresh taking about 10-12 hours for tonkotsu pork bone broth and about three hours for our vegetarian broth.

What to expect

We'll prepare all the ingredients for you, including the broth, tare, spicy seasing, toppings and hand-made noodles. We will discuss the components that go into a bowl of ramen, techniques make the broths, and demonstrate how the noodles are made from our kitchen. You willl  then learn how to properly cook your noodles and assemble your great bowl of ramen. 



Fee: $28 per person for meal kit pickups

Delivery: $5 per household

You choose:  Pork tonkotsu broth or vegetarian/vegan broth

Toppings: scallions, wood ear mushrooms, menma (bamboo shoots), chashu, soft boiled egg and chashu or tofu (for vegetarian/vegan broth)
