Learn how to make thick pork bone ramen broth (Tonkotsu), soft boiled eggs, chashu, seasoned soy sauce, spicy ramen seasonings and noodles. Class includes an appetizer of pot stickers and a dessert.
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring it to boil. Stir to dissolve the miso. Turn off the heat and save the miso tare in a sealed container.
Miso tare can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
