How soon shall I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead to make sure we can collect your guests info and prepare/deliver ingredient kits to your guests smoothly.
What is the min # of guests?
The minimum guest size is 8 people. If you have less than 8, you can purchase additional servings of ingredient kits to make up 8.
Do you deliver your ingredient kits?
For our ramen and gyoza classes, we ship anywhere within the US and Canada (including Hawaii and Alaska). For our udon class, we can ship in the US as well as internationally.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Each guest can choose between pork based or vegetarian/vegan based broth (or fish based for udon). We do offer gluten free or soy free options at extra cost ONLY for the ramen class.
How do you collect our guests' delivery and dietary information?
We use an RSVP system. Once you pay deposit, we will send you a link that you can forward to your guests. Please note that we no longer accept customers sending us a spreadsheet. Deadline for RSVP is typically 7-10 days before your event date.
Our online class is mostly offered as private team event with at least 8 guests.
However, we do have one public udon making class available on February 14 evening. This class costs $70 per person. The cost includes the class, ingredient kits and shipping to all 48 states in the US.
