How do I update my booking information?

If you have paid deposit to book a private event, you can use our manage booking. page to update your booking information. That includes:


  1. Change the event main contact name, email, and company name: Click the Make Changes button on the right

  2. Add additional co-organizer's name and email to receive updated correspondence related to the event : Click + button on the right

  3. Add more guests

  4. Modify/confirm the number of vegetarian/vegan and gluten free guests (up to 12 hours before your event begins)

  5. Modify/confirm the number of sake vs tea tasting guests (up to 12 hours before your event begins)

  6. Reduce guests (if you are still within your cancelation/reschedule period)

  7. Reschedule to a different date and/or time (if you are still within your cancelation/reschedule period)

  8. Add apron to your event (up to 7 days before your event begins)

  9. Change/finalize your apron design (up to 7 days before your event begins): : Click the + button inside the apron image
