I received my ingredient kit a few days before the event. How would I store them properly?
Once you receive your ingredient kit, you should unbox and put everything in the refrigerator.
If you receive the ingredient kit more than 5 days before the event, you can do the followings:
(1) For ramen class, store the broth and meat in the freezer (for ramen class)
(2) For gyoza class, store the filling in the freezer
(3) Transfer the content from your freezer to the refrigerator about 24 hours before your event.
