What do I need in my kitchen for the class?
For the ramen class, you will need:
Two pots (three if you have both the Tonkotsu and vegetarian broths)
A whisk
Soup bowl(s)
Strainer or colander
If you sign up for the ramen dough class, you will need the followings in addition:
A rolling pin
A sharp knife to cut the noodles
A cutting board
For the gyoza class, you will need:
A non-stick pan with a matching lid
A tong
A plate for your gyoza
Some oil for cooking
A rolling pin
