What do I need in my kitchen for the class?

For the ramen class, you will need:

  • Two pots (three if you have both the Tonkotsu and vegetarian broths)

  • A whisk

  • Soup bowl(s)

  • Strainer or colander


If you sign up for the ramen dough or udon class, you will need the followings in addition:


  • A rolling pin

  • A sharp knife to cut the noodles

  • A cutting board


For the gyoza class, you will need:

  • A non-stick pan with a matching lid

  • A tong

  • A plate for your gyoza

  • Some oil for cooking

  • A rolling pin
