I'm allergic to gluten. Do you offer gluten free ramen, udon and/or gyoza?
We do offer gluten free noodle substitution for your guests that prefer no gluten or are allergic to gluten. The additional cost is $4 per person for ramen and $12 per person for udon.
Our gluten-free noodles are made with potato flour and rice flour.
We do not offer any gluten free substitutes for our gyoza offerings.
