How can I remove guests from my booking?
For our online classes, you can remove guests from your booking as long as your initiate your request at least 14 days before your event start date and you book via our web site directly.
For our in-person classes, you can remove guests from your booking as long as your initiate your request at least 7 days before your event start date and you book via our web site directly.
To do so, you will visit this page here: ramenpartysf.com/manage. Enter the confirmation number that you received in your booking confirmation email. Then, you will see your reservation details. If you are eligible to remove guests for a refund, you will be able to decrease the number of guests.
If you book via gift certificate, we will redeposit your gift certificate with the amount that of your refund for future redemption.
Please notice that refund to your credit card normally takes 10-15 business days.
If you book via our partner such as Airbnb, you will need to contact them for assistance.
