Ramen Making Party

Have you thought about making ramen noodles yourselves? At this two-hour fun, interactive event, you'll experience how to make ramen noodles from flour and water and enjoy the finished bowl of heavenly ramen with the noodles that you made and either tonkotsu or vegan broth.

Here is what to expect: You will first enjoy our pot stickers. Then, we will spend the first 25-35 minutes making ramen noodle dough and cut the noodles. Then, you will experience as a ramen chef by cooking the noodles that you made in our kitchen! We will finish our bowl with seven toppings including chashu and soft-boiled eggs (optional).

We made our tonkotsu pork bone. By request, we can substitute tonkotsu with an aromatic vegan broth. We will make the broth spicy or mild with option for low sodium. We will wind down the event with a delicious mochi coconut cream dessert. Optionally for a birthday event, you can order our house made paleo chocolate matcha cake with lighted candles and personal messages.
